The MTS quality assurance process is structured in support of our ISO 9001:2008 certification and is comprised of the following:

  • Define project goals and quality objectives

  • Determine surveillance, verification, and validation methods and execute to plan

  • Determine progress through regularly scheduled process/product reviews

  • Conduct process/product audits to determine compliance

  • Measure, analyze, and report performance to management

  • Continuously improve using performance data

MTS' quality assurance approach is used to review and evaluate the services, products, and deliverables provided to the SeaPort-e customers. The Program Manager has responsibility for the overall quality of the program and for communicating performance data to the customer.
