MTS Awarded CPSS PP&C Contract

MTS is pleased to announce that we have been awarded NASA’s Consolidated Program Support Services (CPSS) Program Planning and Control (PP&C) contract. We will support programs and projects across the Agency through PP&C integration, earned value management, cost estimating and cost analysis, resource data storage and retrieval library, scheduling, and risk management as well as programmatic subject matter experts.

This contract includes work at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and Johnson Space Center (JSC) with the potential to provide these services to other NASA Centers. The potential mission services value of the contract, including options, is approximately $67.4 million with a maximum potential IDIQ total value of $462.5 million.

A NASA prime contract holder since 2007, MTS has been recognized for our expertise in PP&C disciplines and our support at MSFC and across the Agency. For CPSS PP&C, we assembled a team of large and small businesses well-respected across the Agency to bring NASA the expertise it needs in all PP&C and SME discipline areas. “Our successful bid is attributable to the outstanding work of our employees and teammates, and we are excited to continue our support of NASA’s mission,” says Tammie Hayes, MTS President.

CPSS PP&C is a single award contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Contract performance is scheduled to begin on September 1, 2021.
