As Chief Integration Officer, Tammie works closely with the transition team to ensure the highest efficiencies are achieved while merging MTS with Aeyon.  Prior to joining Aeyon, Tammie served as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Manufacturing Technical Solutions, Inc. (MTS). With 35 years of leadership, business, and financial expertise in the government sector, she has held numerous positions including VP of Operations, Business Manager, and Director of Business Services in support of NASA programs.  Ms. Hayes served on the first NASA MSFC Small Business Executive Leadership Team, where she assisted other small businesses with opportunities, acquisition strategies, and mentoring.  In 2015, she received the NASA Distinguished Public Service Medal.  Ms. Hayes holds an MBA, a BS in Business Administration, and is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager.  She and her husband, Rudy, live in Madison, Alabama and enjoy trips to the beach, lake, and river; white water rafting; growing roses; baking anything sweet; and spending time with the family.
